A coach sees what you're not yet able to see. Coaching is a judgement-free zone where you are free to deconstruct the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back when your soul is longing for more.
I'll ask the questions that help you realize you have the answer. YOUR answer. And, guess what...it's always right.
Some coaches refuse to give advice. But, when it's appropriate in order to catalyze possibility, I choose to offer ideas (it's always your choice whether what has worked for me might work for you).
Mostly, I'll ask you questions and help you create create action.
My job is to help you broaden your perspective.
And, my primary purpose is to call you up to greatness that allows you to live full-out and free. So you can feel the glorious freedom of being 110% comfortable in your own skin having quieted the voice that is holding you back and bleeding you slowly of the life of joy, fullness and confidence you've been designed for.
Want to try it out?
Our first conversation is a free trial...for both of us. If it feels right and we want to move forward together, we will. Free-trial dates and times are here - go ahead and schedule.
But, one step at a time (right?). The best journeys are built by being present in what is (not what was or what could be).
What to expect
At our first session, just come with a topic. Something you'd like to achieve, something you're no longer willing to accept as 'good enough', or a situation that you're spending time trying to figure out. I'll ask questions. You'll say what you think. It will be 60 minutes and I'll call you on the phone number you indicate when you schedule.
You may be wondering how coaching is different than seeing a therapist. Here is a great article that will help define similarities and differences.
Don't take it from me. Read client reviews.
"I was amazed how quickly I was able to create an action plan. During my trial session, I wanted to tackle my goal to exercise more. Not only did I come up with a plan, I had accountability mechanisms identified based on what I know will work for me. Two days since our session and two days of exercise DONE."
This is should be a prospective customer's number one call to action, e.g., requesting a quote or perusing your product catalog.
